At the heart of the kit is a custom Kaiser 7169 super ball-bearing turbocharger. Its aerodynamically optimized 71mm/89mm compressor wheel geometry extends the usable boost range well beyond a stock-frame turbo, holding compressor efficiency deep into four-figure horsepower territory while spooling faster than journal-bearing units of similar size. The ball-bearing center cartridge cuts spool lag and shaft play, keeping the turbo composed under sustained high-boost abuse. Feeding the turbo is a purpose-built SS310 stainless steel tubular exhaust manifold, hand-fabricated from 45mm mandrel-bent tubing and finished with a precision CNC-machined turbo flange for a bolt-on, leak-free seal. A dedicated 44mm wastegate port is machined directly into the manifold for accurate boost control at extreme power levels, and the entire manifold is wrapped in a heat-shield layer to reduce underhood temperatures, protect surrounding components, and improve turbo response by retaining exhaust energy. Every DAZA 1200HP kit is fit-checked against the OE turbo mounting points and factory manifold studs, so installation follows the stock service procedure with no cutting, no clearancing, and no custom fabrication required.
