Shipping & Returns

Processing time

Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Larger hard parts (turbos, manifolds) may take slightly longer to package securely. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Carriers & delivery times

• Canada: typically 2-6 business days depending on province.
• United States: typically 4-9 business days via standard ground shipping.
• Remote areas may require additional transit time.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Oversized items (turbo kits, exhaust systems) may carry a freight surcharge, which is always shown before you pay.

Returns & exchanges

Unused, uninstalled parts in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Electrical components and special-order items are final sale unless defective. To start a return, contact us with your order number and we'll walk you through the next steps.

Warranty claims

Parts that fail due to a manufacturing defect are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Reach out with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable, and we'll help you file the claim.

Damaged in transit

If a package arrives visibly damaged, keep all packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a claim with the carrier and get you a replacement.
