The KaiserMotion 4.0T Intercooler is a complete air-to-air intercooler solution built around a special custom core. Designed as an alternative to an air-to-water setup, it delivers a direct, performance-focused approach to charge-air cooling for 4.0T applications. Testing against an air-to-water arrangement recorded a 50°C temperature drop, supporting a significant performance improvement. The end tanks are produced on a 5-axis CNC machine, while all components are CNC-machined for a precisely manufactured, purpose-built intercooler assembly.
